We’re offering part-time work in the following positions:

BAR AND KITCHEN ASSISTANT
(This is seasonal work, from spring to fall on weekends; weekdays and weekends; occasionally during the off-season as well, depending on events.)

If you have experience in the food service industry, are a quick learner, aren’t afraid of food prep (light snacks, reheating, toasting…), and are available on spring weekends, throughout the summer, and on fall weekends, get in touch!

Job Description

• Ensuring the smooth operation of the restaurant (personnel—staffing shifts; organizational tasks—orders, menus, cost calculations, preparing payroll documents, record-keeping, organizing events, and ensuring cleaning)
• Assisting in the kitchen (basic cooking or reheating skills required)
• Various tasks for the open-air museum as assigned by the organization’s manager (outside the peak season)

We are also looking for:

CLEANING LADY

The U Dubového Kelta Inn in Zemi Keltů in Nasavrky (Chrudim District) is looking for a cleaning lady.

Approximately 10 hours per week; more hours possible during peak season.

On a DPP contract.

– Guided tours of the open-air museum

– Leading school programs

– Selling tickets and souvenirs

– Maintaining the visitor area (light cleaning)

No prior experience is necessary—if you’re truly interested, we’ll teach you everything quickly.

If you’re more of a foodie, we’ve got something for you here, too—we could use help at the bar and in the kitchen, including a cook with prior experience.

We have a great team of people who are passionate about what we do. But we need more people to help us do it even better—and to make sure we have time to relax, too.

Many of us also participate in volunteer events to help build the open-air museum. We’re a group of friends, not just coworkers.

Who is this tour guide/instructor role a good fit for?

For students; for active seniors from the surrounding area; for teachers who are bored during summer break; for those who already have a part-time job elsewhere.

However, we need you to be available for the entire shift—that is, the whole day.

For the cook position, however, we need someone with experience in restaurant operations and cooking for large groups.
