What’s Included in the Ticket Price
Visitors may remain in the Celtic Open-Air Museum until closing time.
Visitors may borrow designated equipment for historical, sports, and recreational activities, and participate in craft or work activities (if available).
Visitors can take a guided tour or borrow a text guide at the open-air museum ticket office.
PLEASE NOTE: Discounts offered as part of promotional activities (e.g., 1+1) and gift certificates do not apply to these events. However, they can be used during regular opening hours for a tour of the open-air museum.

Rules for Staying in the Land of the Celts:
If you come with good intentions, we’ll gladly let you through the city gate. However, our world has its own rules, which every visitor must follow:
1. Pay the head tax at the gate and have yourself marked as a friend.
2. Feel free to try everything out and touch it, but always return items to their original place and in their original condition. If you break something, let us know.
3. Take everything you brought with you back home. We live in harmony with nature; please dispose of sorted waste in the correct bin.
4. Do not smoke or play with fire in the city or on the playground. Even a small spark can cause a fire.
5. Our animals are at home here; yours are just visiting, so always keep your pets on a leash.
6. Do not feed our animals—even if they look at you sadly, they are well cared for.
7. Not everyone wearing Celtic clothing is a local or your guide who can answer your curious questions.
8. The ramparts are here to protect the town; they’re not meant for climbing. ALWAYS enter the oppidum through the GATE!
9. And the most important thing: The Iron Age was no joke. Be cautious, follow the instructions of the locals, and take care of yourself!

Our goal is to build a reconstruction of a Celtic oppidum, a prehistoric town dating from approximately the 1st century B.C. The appearance of the structures, including their layout, is based on current archaeological findings. The entrance gate and the adjoining stone fortifications are modeled after the nearby oppidum at České Lhotice. The designs of the residential buildings are based on archaeological finds in Bohemia. Smaller structures, primarily farm buildings, are designed with consideration for the technological capabilities of our ancestors and based on knowledge of comparable structures. Despite our efforts to draw on available scientific knowledge and use appropriate technologies and methods, the current form of our Celtic town is only one of many possible interpretations. Volunteers play a significant role in the construction, and some parts are being built experimentally.
The Land of the Celts is located in the Iron Mountains in Nasavrky and the surrounding area.
The Celtic open-air museum is located on the outskirts of Nasavrky (near Chrudim, Pardubice Region) in the direction of the village of Kameničky.

Camping in the Land of the Celts is available through the bezkempu platform.
The Boii Association has been developing the Land of the Celts project for several years and has decided to give all history enthusiasts the opportunity to spend the night on the grounds of its open-air museum. More specifically, to spend a few days in the Iron Mountains, discover their beauty, and explore interesting spots associated with ancient Celtic settlements.
Through the Bezkemp platform, you can spend the night in the Land of the Celts in your own tent or RV.
Facilities available: fire pits, drinking water, restrooms, electrical hookups
Dogs on the grounds: You can bring your four-legged friend, but they must be kept on a leash.
